Refund Policy
Guidelines for transaction refunds and charge reversals.
Last updated: November 2025
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are granted for transactions performed on PasteAZA, including wallet funding, collections, disbursements, and in-app payments.
1. General Principles
Refunds are granted only when a transaction fails due to a system, network, or provider error attributable to PasteAZA or its partners.
Refunds are not issued when the user makes a mistake (wrong details, wrong number, wrong bank, etc.).
2. Refundable Scenarios
You may receive a refund if:
- • Funds were debited but not delivered
- • A transaction failed due to system downtime
- • A payout was rejected/fail-returned
- • You were charged twice for the same operation
- • Your wallet was erroneously debited
PasteAZA will investigate and confirm before processing the refund.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- • Wrong account number entered
- • Wrong beneficiary details
- • Wrong transaction type
- • Successful transactions you later dispute
- • Voluntary transfers
- • Failed KYC attempts
- • Disbursements that were correctly sent but beneficiary declines or ignores
4. Processing Time
Refund processing times vary by payment method:
- • Wallet transactions: Instant–24 hours
- • Bank transfers: 1–3 business days
- • Card transactions: 3–7 business days (depending on bank)
- • USDT transactions: Non-refundable unless confirmed blockchain error
5. Chargebacks
If your bank/card provider initiates a chargeback, we may:
- • Freeze your wallet
- • Restrict your account
- • Request additional KYC
- • Suspend future transactions
